Use cuticle oil regularly, avoid peeling or forcing product off, wear gloves for cleaning where possible, and book the appropriate refill, soak off, or restoration service when it is time for maintenance.

The lash menu is set up with separate 2-week and 3-week infill pricing, so the right infill depends on when you are returning and how your set is wearing.
