You can book online anytime and walk-ins are welcome when availability allows, but appointments are recommended. The current booking flow does not require a deposit and payment is made in salon. If you need to change your time, contact the salon as early as possible so your spot can be offered to someone else.
When nails are applied, maintained, and removed properly, damage should be minimal. Most problems come from picking, peeling, at-home removal, or previous poor work. We prep gently, match the right system to your nails, and remove product carefully to help keep natural nails as healthy as possible.
Fresh files and disposable liners are used where needed, tools are sanitised between clients, and every station is cleaned down for the next appointment. We also check hands and feet before starting. If we see signs of infection, irritation, or anything unsafe to work over, we will pause and recommend medical advice instead of continuing.
Yes. We work with short nails, weak nails, and nails that need a little help growing out. Depending on what you want, we may suggest a strengthening option like BIAB or an extension service for extra length. If there are visible signs of infection, we will not cover them up and will recommend seeing a doctor first.
Wear time depends on the service and aftercare. Standard polish is best for short wear, while gel, BIAB, SNS, and extensions usually last longer when looked after properly. Wearing gloves for chores, avoiding picking, and using cuticle oil all help. If something lifts or chips soon after your appointment, contact the salon promptly so we can advise on the best fix.
