1. Using this website

This website promotes City Nails & Beauty, Shop 59, Earlville Shopping Town, 483-541 Mulgrave Rd, Earlville QLD 4870, and links to its booking and gift-card services. An independent website operator builds and maintains the site on the salon's behalf, so the website runs separately from the salon's day-to-day operations. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.

2. Website content and imagery

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but service descriptions, availability, promotions, and pricing may change. Because the website is maintained separately from the salon floor, the salon's in-store menu prevails if the two ever differ. Information on the website is general in nature and should be confirmed at the time of booking or before service delivery where needed.

Imagery on this website is illustrative. Some photos show real client work from the salon; others are styled stock or representative treatment photography and may not show City Nails & Beauty's premises, team, or equipment. Results also vary between clients with nail length, shape, and condition, so treat a pictured style as a starting point for your appointment.

3. Bookings and appointments

• Online bookings are made through Square. The booking checkout runs on Square's platform and is also subject to Square's terms.
• Appointment availability is subject to confirmation through the booking system.
• No deposit is required to book. You pay in the salon after your appointment, by card or cash.
• If you need to change or cancel a booking, use the details in your booking confirmation or contact the salon directly. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to offer your time to someone else.
• Tell us before your service about any allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, or medical conditions relevant to your treatment, so we can carry it out safely.

4. Gift cards

Online gift card purchases are processed through Square, and checkout, delivery, and payment handling are also subject to Square's terms. E-gift cards purchased through Square currently have no expiry date, which exceeds the Australian Consumer Law's minimum three-year redemption guarantee for gift cards. We don't charge ongoing or account-keeping fees on gift cards, other than any fee permitted by law, such as a reasonable fee to reissue a lost or stolen card. Gift cards can be redeemed at City Nails & Beauty for services on the current menu.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use this website in a way that:

• breaks the law
• interferes with the website or its security
• copies, scrapes, or republishes website content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, branding, text, and images on this website are owned by or licensed to City Nails & Beauty or the website operator and must not be reused without permission, except as allowed by law. Customer reviews shown on this website remain the property of their authors and appear with attribution to their source, such as Google.

7. Third-party links and services

This website links to third-party services including booking, gift card, map, and social platforms. Those services are operated by third parties and have their own terms, privacy practices, and availability.

8. Consumer rights and liability

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services will be provided with due care and skill, be fit for any purpose you told us about, and be supplied within a reasonable time. Beyond those rights, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the salon nor the website operator accepts liability for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its general content.
